We are striving to use as little paper as possible in the office. Therefore, we ask patients to enter their information electronically via a tablet device when they arrive for their appointment. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete this process. If you wish to expedite check-in, please access the online patient portal to update our records in advance of your appointment.

Please understand that when you make an appointment to visit our office, we have set aside time for you. Therefore, we request a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or change an appointment. If a patient does not notify our office in advance to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we reserve the right to charge a $75 no-show fee.
In the event of inclement weather, our office will contact you if we are closing. No cancellation fees will be assessed. Please note, we will make every effort to keep an appointment, so do not assume our office is closed. However, safety is paramount, so please call ahead with questions.
On street, municipal lot, and garage parking are available in close proximity to 135 S Bryn Mawr Avenue. Connected garage parking is located behind the building. Parking fees are assessed according to Main Line Health policies and valet parking is available. Municipal metered parking can be found at the corner of Pennsylvania Avenue and S Bryn Mawr Avenue. Limited two hour on street parking can be found on Old Lancaster Avenue. Please arrive early to find parking.
